Despite material shortages and macroeconomic uncertainties, MacConvilles skilfully managed resources to deliver exceptional results while adhering to a tight budget. Our innovative solutions and careful cost-control measures ensured the project’s success, despite the challenging circumstances.

Hemel Hempstead Crematorium is a remarkable example of resilience, innovation, and community dedication. Despite unprecedented challenges, the collaborative efforts of MacConvilles, Buxton Building Contractors, and the design team have realised a sanctuary of compassion and serenity.

Exceeding all expectations, the completed building and beautifully landscaped grounds stand as a testament to the team’s unwavering dedication to this challenging project. Not only did they have to tackle the intricacies of constructing within the green belt, but also the challenges of sharing the site with another facility, which affected the circulation routes of both people and vehicles.
