Ferry Wharf
Shoreham Port Authority were looking to maximise their site’s use with the construction of a new industrial chic business unit. Originally a wharf for a ferry that transported workers to and from the gas works on the other side of the canal, the site, now offers adaptable and modern office.
As an EcoPort, this development followed a high sustainability standards template ensuring that sustainability was at the forefront in the creation of this new work space that caters for the city’s growing digital and travel market.
The site, which was previously a concrete recycling centre, now hosts six individual business units that can be combined to provide larger accommodation if required. The contemporary design of the business spaces match the existing design of those at Hove Enterprise Centre, with the terrace of six commercial units.
