Associate Quantity Surveyor

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our Brighton office. This is a key role for someone who brings strong technical capability in cost management and contract administration, and who is excited by the opportunity to help grow and shape our QS offering within the consultancy.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an enthusiastic, proactive individual with:
- Significant experience (typically 7+ years) in a Quantity Surveying / cost management role
- A strong track record of delivering projects from inception to handover, pre‑ and post‑contract
- Experience administering JCT (and similar) contracts, including Employer’s Agent roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client‑facing situations
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- Strong commercial awareness and a clear focus on value for money and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CostX or similar is beneficial
- MRICS (or working towards) or membership of another relevant professional body
