Biography
Toby has been a valued member of MacConvilles since joining in 2000 and was promoted to the Directorial team in 2007 and became Joint Managing Director in 2023. Leading by example, Toby actively participates in projects, continuously developing his expertise and sharing his knowledge with the next generation of surveyors and students.
Toby incorporates design elements into his work and advocates for the circular economy. He prioritises sustainability in all his renovation and refurbishment projects, striving to integrate sustainable practices wherever possible. He is pursuing the PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator qualification as part of his commitment to a zero-carbon future.
