Sarah is part of our Communications team, supporting MacConvilles through social media, marketing design, and policy development. Highly adaptable, they take on a variety of roles to promote the company and ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging.
With a BSc in Psychology and a clinical background, they bring strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and respond effectively in fast‑moving situations. Their experience has equipped them to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining focus on what matters most.
Drawn to the construction industry through a family history of developers and surveyors, Sarah combines creativity with structure, helping to connect our projects and people with the wider community.
