Biography
Millie Southon has joined MacConvilles through our new Degree Apprenticeship programme and is training to become a Quantity Surveyor. She offers a strong foundation in compliance and safety, with qualifications in GDPR (Stages 1 & 2), first aid, fire safety, risk assessment, communication, and information governance.
Her background includes managing finance and staff rotas, taking on HR responsibilities, and working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where attention to detail and strong communication were vital. She also has experience in supporting equestrian competition, which enhanced her discipline, organisation, and teamwork skills.
This combination of practical and administrative experience has given her excellent people skills and resilience, providing a strong base for her career in surveying.
