Following on from the successful refurbishment of Havilland House, Guild Care are unveiling their new 5 star residential complex. Between the 11th and 13th of March 2016 Caer Gwent will be opening the doors for viewing of its luxury retirement accomodation.
The remodelled and refurbished home in Worthing will provide first class accommodation and services revolutionising residential care living.
From start to finish MacConvilles’ full range of surveying and design services were engaged on the £1.4 million renovation. MacConvilles have worked alongside Guild Care every step of the way providing Design, Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and CDM services.
Working to the clients remit, the Design and architectural team developed a scheme encompassing luxury living and a community spirit. MacConvilles’ 3D models, accurately depicting spacious and beautifully furnished rooms, enabled Guild Care to fully visualise the design before work began. Using the multi disciplinary services MacConvilles provide, the refurbishment was carefully managed at every stage minimising disruption, ensuring the new home was completed as planned.
The consultant team of Gyoury Self, PJR Design, Colourways Specialist Interiors and building contractors A&F Pilbeam Ltd. coordinated by MacConvilles, have delivered a beautiful home which all new residents and staff will love.
