Sussex Cricket is progressing Phase 2 of its Hove Ground redevelopment, with plans for a new hospitality and conferencing facility designed to enhance matchday experiences and expand year‑round event capacity.
MacConvilles is providing cost management and commercial support during the pre‑construction phase, working closely with the club and the design team to shape a deliverable, financially robust scheme. The proposed two‑storey building will introduce flexible event spaces, modern amenities and a roof terrace overlooking the ground, marking a significant enhancement to the venue’s existing offer.
As the project moves toward procurement, our team continues to advise on cost planning, risk management and phasing within a live sporting environment.
