Project management is at the core of every effective build; a fundamental skill that can be the difference between achieving your goal and failing.
Spencer Orman the newest addition to our Project Management & Building Surveying team has well and truly settled in and is spearheading a large and exciting phased implementation, £30 million private educational project on the South Coast.

His experience in refurbishment, new build and especially live environments will help with the challenges this project will set out in the early planning phases.
Out on site today Spencer explained the vision for this project.
‘This is very much a fast pace collaborative scheme which will throw up many challenges, we are very excited to be leading a multi-million pound scheme, through the various phases in a difficult market with supply chain, labour and inflation issues all to overcome’.
