Introducing Victoria, our new Project Management Director and Regional Office Lead.

We are thrilled to introduce Victoria Chircop, our new Project Management Director and Regional Office Lead. Victoria has a wealth of experience in the construction industry, having previously worked as an Associate Director at Mace. Her expertise and insights gained from her previous role will be invaluable in her new position at MacConvilles.
As our new Project Management Director, Victoria will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing projects undertaken by MacConvilles. With her strong leadership skills and keen understanding of the industry, Victoria will drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, transparent reporting, and robust yet agile governance, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Victoria will establish and lead a new multi-disciplinary regional office in Southampton whilst also leading the development of our Project Management sector. This expansion will allow us to better serve our clients in the region and strengthen our presence in the industry.

About Victoria
Victoria holds an MSc in Project Management in the Built Environment from the University of Reading. As a Full Member of the Association for Project Management, she possesses the skills and knowledge to optimise project workflows and drive efficiency within our organisation. With extensive industry experience gained at Mace, Victoria has an impressive track record of working for national clients such as Heathrow, the Ministry of Defence and Department for Education, as well as a variety of projects across Hampshire, including the development of a new Police Investigation Centre for Hampshire OPCC, the renovation of HMP Parkhurst on the Isle of Wight, and multiple schemes for Hampshire County Council. For the past three years, she has undertaken a lead role in a national framework, supporting strategic growth and work-winning for all parts of the business. Her in-depth understanding of construction methodologies and proficiency in utilising advanced project management tools and technologies make her an invaluable asset to the team.
