Graham Hall

Graham is a Senior Building Surveyor with extensive experience delivering building surveying and project management services across the public, healthcare, commercial, industrial and defence sectors.

He has successfully managed refurbishment and capital projects throughout the full RIBA Plan of Work, providing clients with practical, informed advice on building pathology, defect diagnosis, contract administration, specifications, planned maintenance and project delivery. Graham is particularly passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, combining technical expertise with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach that helps clients make confident decisions about their buildings and estates.

Before qualifying as a Building Surveyor with an MSc in Building Surveying, Graham spent more than a decade working within the NHS and the medical technology industry. His experience in technically complex and highly regulated environments helped develop the analytical thinking, communication skills and collaborative mindset that continue to underpin his professional approach today.
