Tom is a highly motivated construction professional with sixteen years of experience in cost planning, procurement, cost management, cost analysis, and contract administration. He has successfully delivered large, complex projects across the UK and internationally before choosing to focus his expertise on his hometown of Brighton. Since joining MacConvilles in early 2025 for his second role back in the city, Tom has applied his full quantity surveying skillset to guide projects from inception through to completion. Having worked on high‑value, high‑profile schemes, he now relishes the opportunity to oversee the entire process and take ownership in delivering outstanding results for his clients. Through the integration of value engineering solutions, Tom ensures that project and client expectations are consistently met — and often exceeded.
