Spencer Orman

Spencer has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. Starting his career working
for both private and local authority clients on mixed use, education and hospital projects he evolved from Designer to Project Manager and then Building Surveyor.

His experience spans the international arena working for major property companies, private clients, equity and fund managers, delivering fast paced, new build, refurbishment and fit out works. With a rounded understanding of commercial value he is able to safeguard both client and contractors’ interests.
