MacConvilles provided a complete Design and Surveying services for this Garage Conversion.  The  annexed double garage was transformed into a fully accessible Independent Living Unit with minimal disruption to the adjoining building.  The new unit will provide flexible accommodation suitable for a range of tenants with varying conditions and care requirements.

Our varied Surveying Services  included:

  • Obtaining Building Consent and Building Regulations
  • Design services: Developing a design Brief, Producing Design Drawings  meeting  Leonard Cheshire Homes exact and specific requirements,
  • Specifying and Tendering the works,
  • Overseeing the project, providing Full Contract Administration and Principal Designer Duties.
