Toby’s building surveying experience includes new-build and refurbishment schemes in residential, commercial, retail, health and education sectors.

One of his current projects is the phased refurbishment of Fairfield Halls in Croydon, improving the facilities and reducing the running costs of its art gallery, theatre and concert hall. Read more 

Toby has also worked extensively with the University of Sussex.  This includes refurbishing its Grade 1 listed Meeting House, with meticulous repairs to its copper covered dome and stained glass roof light. Read more
