Asbestos can be found in most building types from commercial to residential. As Chartered Surveyors it is essential that we have knowledge of potential locations, appearance and how to treat asbestos to safeguard the owners and occupiers of the buildings involved.
As required by the RICS, MacConvilles Surveying received annual update training by Amstech Contracts to ensure all our Chartered Surveyors can give early guidance /advice on the risks and management of asbestos found in buildings.
