MacConvilles Surveying is extremely proud to have achieved the BS 76000 standard, just a few weeks before celebrating our 80th birthday.
Achieving the BS 76000 was a perfect way to mark this milestone anniversary and we are one of only six businesses in the UK to be given this award, and the only one in England.
What is the BS76000?
The BS 76000 standard is set around people, providing a framework to ensure mutual satisfaction for all parties in a workplace. It recognises that people are a company’s biggest asset and that production increases when employees are respected and well-treated. It ensures the interests of staff and stakeholders are always at the forefront of a business’ mind and that all members of society who come into contact with the company are treated with respect.
Why the BS76000 is important to MacConvilles.
Speaking about the award, Director Charles Haywood said:
“The BS 76000 helps organisations of all sizes recognise the actual and potential value of their people and help develop a new and effective working partnership for sustainable success. There are a number of factors behind our 80 years and the success we have enjoyed over that period. Here at MacConvilles we truly value our staff and the BS76000 is a true reflection of our company.”
